I decided to try my Yoga DVD again. It's been quite awhile since I've done it.It really is funny. Everytime I perform the DVD I truly enjoy how good I feel after and wonder why I ever stopped. Yet, as life happens, I start doing it less and less and then eventually stop altogether.I'm going to try not to let that happen this time. My posts are always about how I haven't been on in so long and yadda yadda.
