Go out the back door of the hotel, walk a few feet to the beautiful Elbe River that runs along the historic old town, and turn left or right. I work with literally dozens of spreadsheets, presentations, and text documents a day, and do 100% of it with OpenOffice, switching between a Mac laptop, an x86 laptop running OpenSolaris, and SunRay thin clients including one in my home office.
