I am currently planning SCORM 1.2 capability (since all the authoring tools that we use are 1.2 compliant- I don't know if there are any SCORM 2004 tools out there yet). I am trying not to rule out or make difficult future upgrade to support SCORM 2004 though so I am paying attention to it as well.
