I'll be brief because I'm writing this on my PDA, and it's tedious.I had a seriously irregular heartbeat at work on Thursday. It was V-tac, the bad kind. (I have Yahoo DSL and Dish Network satellite.) Yesterday, I replaced her cable modem with an RCA (DCW615R) wireless modem that I bought on eBay. This is allowed by Comcast -- you have the option of providing your own equipment.In the course of installing and registering the new equipment with Comcast, I talked to three technicians. Two were knowledgable and helpful. One of those two actually went above and beyond to help me.
