Also, today is the day that my father died, 9 years ago. He had cancer. In his brain. They found a tumor in December 1998, and they removed it. It was bleak, but then he was a little better. And then scary-worse, and then a lot better. And then he died, 5 months after the diagnosis. His brain! It kills me. He was a genius. A stereotypically dysregulated, crazy genius.I posted about this a couple of years ago, and I don't know that I have much more to add. He was so fucking smart. And really...
