They got our first three batters out 2 innings in a row, so we had little chance to score. They were just really good. It helps that they are one of the teams that people have been arguing should be placed in a more skilled division. But in the interest of making more money, Roger (the guy who is in charge of the softball and baseball leagues) put them in an easier division to encourage more out of town teams to come play,.http://mediaprincess.livejournal.com/96897.html Halloween Howwwl- October 28, 2006 My softball team is playing in the Halloween Howwwl tournament. We won our game at 8pm, so that means we get to play at 7am. We need to show up an hour before the game time. Thankfully, I can see the edge of the softball fields from where we live. That's still freakin' early.http://mediaprincess.livejournal.com/96576.html short vacation- October 21, 2006 Off for the weekend to see Laura, Vinny and Alyssa in Colorado Springs and Breckenridge (if the roads are passable). We may encounter snow before we even get there, but it'll definitely be cold... depends on where we spend most of our time, but the weekend highs will be between 23 and 47, Monday should be closer to 60 and good for hiking in the Garden of the Gods. They haven't met Andy yet and I'm excited to see them.
