Recipezaar: Drop Cookies recipesThe newest Recipezaar recipesin:Drop CookiesGinger-Lemon-Sage Cookies- June 14, 2008 If you haven't used parchment paper, you should start! I use a medium cookie scoop and drop them into a bowl of sugar, roll them around and place them on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Then I flatten them a bit and cook them. I slide the paper off and let them cool a bit, then slide them onto a cooling rack. The bottoms are always perfect and the cookie scoop makes them the same size. -- posted by Nancy 9http://www.recipezaar.com/309229 Chocolate Chip Cookies- June 12, 2008 Great chocolate chip cookies -- posted by Chef 857270http://www.recipezaar.com/308846 Martha Stewart's Lemon-Currant Cookies- June 10, 2008 When a Black Corinth grape is dried, it becomes a 'currant'! These cookies are from Martha Stewart's Everyday Food website. They have such great flavor. Her recipe says to bake for 20 minutes but I found that mine browned around the edges in 10 minutes. I posted her recipe as written but just wanted to let you know to start checking at 10 minutes. -- posted by Ina Picklehttp://www.recipezaar.com/308573 Lemon Cookies- June 10, 2008 Crowd - pleaser. Always go fast at a potluck or when brought to the office (or at home). Not sure where the recipe came from, but has been made in our house for quite some time now. -- posted by Tams' Kitchenhttp://www.recipezaar.com/308432 Auntie Sharon's Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies- June 10, 2008 These were by far the favorite cookie in our house growing up. Although the recipe calls for shortening, we often substituted margarine instead. Always tripled the recipe as well, they just go that fast. -- posted by Tams' Kitchenhttp://www.recipezaar.com/308429 Homemade Peanut Butter Cookies!- June 9, 2008 My grandma passed this recipe down to me when I was 13 and I have always gotten good reviews.
