Recipezaar: Bisques/Cream Soups recipesThe newest Recipezaar recipesin:Bisques/Cream SoupsSpicy Coconut Chicken Vegetable Soup- April 29, 2008 I just put this together and totally wowed myself and DH (he's pretty picky)! Didn't expect it to turn out so good. Thought I better put it down right away. I hope it turns out for you as well as it did for me. (And I hope I can repeat it!) I've put the steps and ingredients in the order that I put them in when making it... and since I was creating it as I went along may seem in an odd order. Next time I will try using tofu instead of chicken and maybe some fresh coriander. Please let me know..http://www.recipezaar.com/301254 Cream of Roasted Bell Pepper Soup- April 28, 2008 Stashed for next fall when we're flush with peppers in the freezer. This is a lower fat but great tasting recipe to use. Keep in mind that if you use homemade chicken broth, remove the fat first ( let broth cool then skim off the fatty topping) -- posted by Chef1MOMhttp://www.recipezaar.com/299034 Tibetan Cheese Soup (Churu) Vegetarian- April 16, 2008 This is an easy to make, unusual soup from Tibet. The mixture of hot chili with the pungent mold-ripened churu cheese, after which the soup is named, is a uniquely Tibetan combination of flavors. Blue cheese makes a good substitute for churu, which isn't in the zaar computer. This recipe is popular in the region of Kongpo, where it is eaten for breakfast with a barley dough called tsampa. Wheat bread makes a good substitute. Note: the original recipe calls for 14 pound of chopped beef...http://www.recipezaar.com/298589 Cheddar Ale Soup With Tabasco Chive Creme Fraiche- April 15, 2008 Found in a newspaper magazine.
