I haven't seen the new movie yet and I'm trying to not have any expectations. I haven't been a big fan of Harrison Ford or any of his movies since he pierced his ear...and now he's been busy WAXING HIS CHEST to promote rainforest awareness. (Pbhttt. There was an ad that appeared on Craigslist a while ago. "Puppeteers needed. No experience necessary." I have always wanted to try working with puppets and this seemed like a perfect opportunity.I went to check it out and was absolutely floored as I walked into the producer's living room and smackdab into the puppet stage. All the lights and painted scenery completely sold me. I wasn't really keen on going...there was a Robert McKee workshop I really wanted to attend. When all was said and done though I didn't really have the funds to go. I have consoled myself by ordering his book off Amazon. (Used...only ten bucks, yay!)Now that I am here though I am rather enjoying myself.
