I have been preparing baby back pork ribs this way for a long time (29 years) and they always get great reviews. I have been doing it so long, I can't remember where it originated. You can use your favorite BBQ sauce on them, but I like Jack Daniels Honey Smokehouse. -- posted by Acadia

Chipotle Fried Chicken - July 16, 2008

Do it like I say and you will be a superstar. -- posted by An Italian Jew, but Irish!

Asian Chicken Burgers - July 13, 2008

These can be great for a nice lunch, for a picnic, BBQ with friends or family, or for no special reason than they're delish! I sometimes make these a little larger, and serve them with some rice. I'm a "chicken person" so a new way to prepare it is always fine by me. -- posted by FLUFFSTER
