Bristol Says No to Town Hall Design Money, Secret Ballot - March 19, 2008

"The committee could not make good decisions until there's guidance from Augusta. We have not been able to determine whether or not consolidation would save money for Bristol. Until the state makes a final rule on that, we can't figure that out." Taking the oath of office Bristol voters said a resounding "no" after a lengthy discussion, to spending $28,000 to create a schematic design for a new town hall at annual town meeting March 18. via Lincoln County News

Selectman agree to purchase land - March 8, 2008
