Prairie Visions To Build Chief Taopi Trail Sites- November 3, 2007 At the meeting of Prairie Visions on Monday, Oct. 22, at the Rose Creek Fire Hall, Ken Hartwig of Rose Creek reported on the location and pictures of the Chief Taopi burial site in Faribault. Hartwig plans to build replicas of the teepee and some interpretive reading sites about the history of Chief Taopi, along the Shooting Star Trail.
