I have been using NewsGator for a few months this upgrade allows you FROM WITHIN MS EXCHANGEOUTLOOK to subscribe to rss feeds (weblogs, etc.) and to forward them and to post to your own weblog. You must have weblog software but you can post from your e-mail client. Pretty amazing.
