Christian J. Smith, 19, of West Clinton Street in Elmira, was charged April 1 with unlawful possession of marijuana. Michael E. Givens, 29, of Elmira, was charged April 2 with second-degree assault. Daniel A. Ford, 23, of Elmira, was charged April 2 with petit larceny. Dwayne D. Trip, 21, of Elmira, was charged April 2 with menacing. Essie M. Greene, 45, of Sullivan Street in Elmira, was charged April 2 with third-degree assault. Davide G. Coggins, 27, of Westside Avenue in Elmira, was charged.
