In July, Yorke will release his first solo effort entitled The Eraser. Yorke has said that this is simply a side project he's been meaning to work on for a while and not a division in the band. The track "Black Swan" will be featured over the closing credits in Richard Linklater's coming film A Scanner Darkly. The group will begin their run in Philadelphia on June 1 & 2 and close in Los Angeles June 29 & 30. The venues are considerably smaller than their usual arena shows. The setlists are said to draw from their new material they've been gathering together for the coming album. At this time, no date has been set for its release.
