A pulled hamstring caused by doing squats at the gym. But, it left Q hurting, unable to do his regular workouts at the gym or in the wrestling ring. Q tried stretching and resting and ice. When the pain lasted into a third week, Q went to the doctor. The doctor gave Q some anti-inflammatory medicine and referred him to physical therapy. The physical therapy made things better. I did not know about Top Chef having a holiday special. It aired last night. My Tivo, however, not only knew that Top Chef had a holiday special, but it recorded Top Chef's holiday special just for me so I would not miss it. I love my Tivo.
