Attendees were encouraged to glam up, but some people dressed as characters from Izzard skits. Jeff really is named Jeff, which must be an amusing state to be in at an Izzard show. So he went to the part with tins of cookies and was Jeff, God of Biscuits. I think this sounds like an awesome idea for a party.
