The solution to the Web 2.0 trademark problem... - May 26, 2006

I was going to post a clever comment on how the solution to the problem that "Web 2.0" might become a registered service mark, is to change to "Web 3.0". Turns out that already many others had that idea. Too bad. ;-) If you don't know what I'm talking about: CMP, a company working with O'Reilly, is trying to register "Web 2.0" as a service mark for live events, such as conferences.
