The vote was 23-20 to replace Floyd Tonn with Keenan Hale. Mr. Tonn has been a member of the department since 1962 and has served as chief for 20 years. Mr. Hale has lived in the New Ulm area for about six years and has beena member of the department since he moved here. He is also a member of the Cat Spring VFD.
