CarlsonTrip to Nikko- June 28, 2005 June 26th Several SNIA Board members and I made a trip up to the Japanese city of Nikko while we are here in Tokyo for board meetings. There is a bridge over the main river (Daiya) called the Shinkyo Sacred Bridge and of course I had to take a picture. Once past this we climbed up a long set of steps to the Toshugo shrine of the Tokugawa clan (Shoguns for the 250 years of the Edo period).
