This is a very nice way to have fast acces to them. There is one problem though: When I hover the mouse over any of the bookmarks in a subfolder of my personal toolbar I can't see the URL of the bookmark in the statusbar. Mozilla Firefox is currently using tooltips to show the URL of bookmarks in the personal toolbar.
