Extremely Sad News - July 1, 2008

I received word today from Kevin Hansel of the California Historic Route 66 Association that his longtime love and traveling companion, Lucie McMurtie, passed away today after a long battle with cancer. Lucie was known and loved up and down the Mother Road for her positive spirits and wonderful smile.
