Beef and Sweet Beans - May 19, 2008

My adaptation of a recipe found on Allrecipes.com to make it a little more adult. Serve with corn bread or biscuits (or pop some refrigerated biscuits on top before baking!). The cinnamon adds a subtle flavor you won't identify as such. You can also add some corn, if you like. -- posted by Randy Goldberg

This very authentic version of Chili Colorado was submitted by CoffeeHeaven on Allrecipes.com. My family and I are huge Mexican Food fans and I'm always on the lookout for the most authentic recipes I can find. This chili has no tomatoes or beans.
