I use mozzarella or feta cheese just because we're not fans of goat cheese and I usually throw black olives on the salad as well. -- posted by Celeste!http://www.recipezaar.com/310520 Rainbow Potato Salad- June 24, 2008 Really easy, fast, pretty, and yummy! But I find that a salad needs something other than lettuce. This is what I use until the good tomatos are out or until mine are ripe. Different ingredients for a salad, but pretty healthy and the flavors go together nicely. I have used many different fruits, including blueberries; which were fabulous in this. Walnuts can work really well too in place of the almonds. Hope it works for you. -- posted by jennifer in new jerseyhttp://www.recipezaar.com/310327 Peach and Plum Salad- June 20, 2008 From the book White House Chef: Eleven Years, Two Presidents, One Kitchen by Chef Walter Scheib and Andrew Friedman. -- posted by Chef Au Vinhttp://www.recipezaar.com/310301 Grilled Chicken Salad With Chorizo-Stuffed Olives in Citrus Vina- June 20, 2008 Developed by California Grown.
