Make sure you use the sliced peaches in water (no sugar added), not in syrup! Otherwise you can cut back on the sugar. The crackers stay nice and crisp. I imagine that they are lower in fat and healthier than using nachos chips, so we'll see how Zaar nutrition facts scores this. I have guessed at the quantity amounts as you can put on as little or as much as you like. -- posted by mums the wordhttp://www.recipezaar.com/307125 Vanilla Nut Granola- June 3, 2008 Really good, really simple. Try adding dried fruit (such as raisins or cranberries) or chocolate chips after baking. Please tell me how you liked it, I appreciate the feedback! -- posted by Kelseyhttp://www.recipezaar.com/307092 Reese Smoothie- June 3, 2008 Tastes just like a Reese peantu butter cup! Please tell me how you liked it, I really appreciate it. -- posted by Kelseyhttp://www.recipezaar.com/307090 Honey Cake- June 3, 2008 I copied this recipe from a friend of mine and it has been a hit at our house ever since. It is very low in fat and high in flavour! The recipe makes 3 loaves which freeze very well. I prefer baking the loaves in silicone loaf pans, as I found that the bottom tended to burn a bit when baking them in non-stick pans. Tastes great with a bit of butter and a cup of coffee. -- posted by Canadiangirl 3http://www.recipezaar.com/306981 |
