At work, Tech Guy had to reimage my HD because when I went to print something to the colour laser printer for the PHP (Pointy Haired Principal) it buggered up my machine. I couldn't print or even change the settings for the printers. Tech Guy spent about 3 hours working on it before he finally had to wipe it. Luckily, all my important stuff was saved to the server. Still had to re-dl and re-install some stuff but I survived it.
