I have color-associated ideation, emotion and behavior with respect to the Courts decision, in the sense that in light of the Court's decisions of the past and what I know of this decision with respect to skin-color, am respond by feeling extremely angry and unwilling event to read this opinion. I guess I have two points, after having read the o...- July 2, 2007 I guess I have two points, after having read the opinions:1) Significant portions of Roberts' opinion are only joined in by 4 justices (i.e. there isn't a majority for certain portions). That may limit the damage from this case.2) Justice Thomas really seems to hate Justice Breyer's opinion.
