Its designer calls it a &8220;virtual plant&8221; whose health is dependant on &8220;user productivity.&8221; Users get to define what their own &8220;productivity&8221; means, but it seems to boil down to time spent in Excel or Word versus time spent in Firefox or reading e-mail.
