The BIG LIE and it is a lie is the one posted about familiarity with Outlook. Unfortunately, I have had the displeasure of moving two Notes shops to Outlook Exchange. (or should I say lookout). The "Evil Empire" will have you believe that everyone has familiarity with Outlook. That would be the cool aid drinkers. It has been my REAL life experience that most users are just as clueless about Outlook as they are about Notes all things being equal.
