It's further evidence that people are incapable of separating things like race, gender and physical size, from real attributes of relevance. When we begin to assess the quality of project managers by how well they reach the objective, rather than how popular they are, or how loud they are, or how well liked they are by senior management, then projects will begin to proceed smoothly.
