Hi, I agree. Developers and managers must also realise that not anyone can be an architect. It is not the 'last promotion' a developer is given. Architects do not think like developers as they deal in abstractions. It is much in the same way that enrolling in an art school will not necessarily guarantee that you will be a great painter. You must have the inherent ability. It is not something that is learnt. Beugnen
