Raytheon Sells Aircraft Division - December 21, 2006

DALLAS -- On Dec. 21 Raytheon, Inc., agreed to sell its general aviation division, Raytheon Aircraft Co., to GS Capital Partners and Onex for $3.3 billion. The acquisition is scheduled to close by mid 2007.
