check out prince2 environment - a UK based project management in controlled environment There are good books available here and is workable for the bigger assignments Can work wonders if a good PM is taken in and is given a good free environment I am finding a lot of this in the CMMi envrionment, however I am not really a fan of CMM - Generally found it a wealth and talent destroyer on small or pilot projects that spends more time on metrics and improvement, rather than def

Such as What skills would we need that we don't already have And what will these jobs be titled Will they be called technical versatilists What does that mean What is it an organization will be looking for in a technical versatilist
