By: leslie- August 11, 2008 Your opening paragraph describes exactly what I was experiencing while entranced by the Opening Ceremonies, then assaulted by the commercials&8230;until the United commercial. Thank you for the link to Treweeks site. I am always astounded when I visit your site&8230; great inspiring art and writing, and only good commercials!http://www.linesandcolors.com/2008/08/09/shy-the-sun-ree-treweek-and-jannes-hendrikz/#comm... By: Walter- August 10, 2008 Regarding your last sentence (about the TSA), I can only say: Amen to that, Charley!http://www.linesandcolors.com/2008/08/09/shy-the-sun-ree-treweek-and-jannes-hendrikz/#comm... By: carolita- August 9, 2008 I saw that ad, too, last night! I thought it was amazing, but when it was all over and the United Airlines logo came up, I thought, woah, somebody lucked out because I don&8217;t put United Airlines and those images together for a second! I was impressed by the artwork, but remained unbelieving of United as equal to the dream. I mean, how to you reconcile all that beauty with paying for every breath you draw, in cash, to very grumpy airline hostshostesses :)http://www.linesandcolors.com/2008/08/09/shy-the-sun-ree-treweek-and-jannes-hendrikz/#comm... |
