Diary of a PeopleSoft Expert: Implementing Oracle HRMS

Have you ever realized that getting what you asked for might not really be what you wanted in the first place? I’m about to find out. Follow along as I record my experiences as a PeopleSoft expert going through a “baptism by fire” in implementing Oracle’s HRMS product. I’ll point out the challenges in my learning curve, differences in the practices and implementation process, as well as any other miscellaneous thoughts that might prove insightful to others.
