It aims primarily to serve the needs of national and European level organisations of the social partners, governmental organisations and EU institutions.Restructuring in public sector can lead to exclusion from working life- January 4, 2007 A research report published in September 2006 shows that restructuring in the Norwegian public sector may in some cases increase the probability of being excluded from working life through unemployment, sickness or disability.
