Supposedly they'll charge around $70month when the site goes live but, since I "acted now" I got in for 40. I'll try it out for a while to see if it pays for itself. One thing that is 100% legitimate is the VA Loan program.It is possible to buy a home no-money-down. I know 'cause I did it - there is a 2% VA funding fee but, you can roll that into the loan.As a matter of fact the first home I ever bought was purchased with a VA Loan. This same house not only didn't cost money to buy( besides an inspection fee, I don't remember) I got $5,000 back.
