For the properties that had their asking prices changed, the average change was -4.5%, which compares to -6.3% last week. We estimate that there are 6,962 listings on Sherryfitz.ie, up from 6880 last week. They have embedded the prices in images which makes the traditional techniques of gathering the data redundant.
