I've had to constantly fend off user attempts to deligate job duties, saying it should now be IT's job because it involves technology. For one particular employee it's actually one of their two main job functions that they just can't get (I've tried to train them a dozen times already) and they have stopped trying (and they can't be fired for reasons I don't see any reason to state here).
