Quick Cream Cheese, Spinach & Bacon Dip (Microwave) - May 12, 2008

This is a quick and easy 10 minute recipe for a very tasty cream cheese, spinach & bacon dip. Goes great with chips or veggies. Presents well in bread bowl... Think recipe came from back of Velveeta package. I keep the pre-cooked heat & serve bacon on hand in my fridge & use that most of the time instead of cooking bacon - makes it easier also -- posted by BlondieItaliana

Guilt Free Creamy Roasted Red Pepper & Basil Dip (Low Fat) - May 12, 2008

This is really tasty and you wouldn't really guess it is so low fat if you didn't already know. It is good with chips and vegetables and also really nice as a dip served with cold cooked shrimp, almost like shrimp cocktail. I also use it on my sandwiches instead of just plain mayo to give me lots of taste without fat. The cooking time includes the 1hr chilling time. -- posted by Sarah_Jayne

Less time to make, more time to play! My version of the classically-unique and impressive alternative to chili on game day or a cold night. Your guests or family will think you slaved all day! So easy, just dump and simmer. Makes a lot. Can be prepared ahead of time and freezes well. -- posted by Kikiloveshercop

Tommy's Cinco De Mayo Salsa - May 6, 2008

A salsa with a lively flavor, easy to make. I have tried producing many varieties of salsa, but with a few hints from and elderly Mexican Women this one came out great. My neighbor walked in and stated, "Your house smells delicious". Do not let the list of ingredients sway your decission to try this recipe. Chopping is therapeutic and the results are amazing. Freezes well. -- posted by Tommy's

Tahini-Ginger Dipping Sauce - May 1, 2008

This multipurpose sauce gives an Asian twist to ordinary foods. Spread it over salmon, chicken, grilled pork, or shrimp. You could also use it in the middle of a crudite platter. Different brands of Tahini have different thicknesses so add more water if needed to achieve the desired consistency. -- posted by cookiedog
