Spicy Thai Curry - April 26, 2008

We are big fans of thai food and spicy food. And curry! This is easy and delicious. Anything can be added (tofu, chicken, shrimp or beef), just cook it first and throw it in! Bok choy is an excellent addition as well! -- posted by newmama

Malaysian Fish Curry - April 22, 2008

I am posting a yummy fish curry recipe it tastes wonderful and is quite a quick recipe to make, on the table in around 45 Min's if serving with rice, less time if serving with cauliflower. It is lovely served with steamed jasmine rice but if you are like myself and my hubby, who are trying to keep your carb intake low, especially at night, I served ours with some cauliflower. -- posted by The Flying Chef

Hyderabad Chicken Curry - April 17, 2008

A slightly sweeter chicken curry due to the use of coconut and tomato puree. The garam masala is added when cooking the spices, not at the end of cooking which is more normal. This dish originates from the Deccan region of India. Fresh coconut is essential to get the best from this dish. It is very simple to cook, serve with plain boiled rice and a vegetable curry. Delicious. -- posted by Brian H

Peanut Curry - April 16, 2008

This is a recipe from a friend who actually grew up in Africa though this is definitely a more Thai-inspired dish. I like it because it's easy and quick and uses ingredients I usually have on-hand. Adjust the curry according to your taste. I usually use less because of some wimps in the family... ha ha. -- posted by Empire920

Turkey Curry With Raisin Rice - April 11, 2008

I haven't been a huge fan of curries, but I absolutely adored this one from a Diane Mott Davidson book (The Killer Pancake), so now I'm trying out other curries from this site. Since I don't see this great one already posted, I'm adding it for your culinary enjoyment. I didn't make my own stock, I bought a box at the store, but chicken broth would probably work just as well. It's mostly just to add flavor to the rice. The recipe originally listed white rice, but I substituted brown since I...
