Hawaiian Korean Kal Bi Marinade - July 6, 2008

Original recipe given to me by Hawaiians. Best for grilling pork or beef ribs and even chicken, just stick to 4-5 pounds. Can be halved for smaller amounts of meat or doubled for feeding a crowd. Better than the old red barbecue sauce! -- posted by BIG_CHIEF

Toasted Couscous Salad With Grilled Summer Vegetables - July 6, 2008

Can be used as a vegetarian main course or make-ahead side dish. Yummy. Got this recipe from the "Celebrate the Rain" Jr. League cookbook. Prep time does not include 2 hours marinading time and depends on whether you roast or grill the vegetables - grilling is faster. -- posted by PBF

Wisconsin Sauce to Keep Burgers and Brats Hot - July 6, 2008

Just in time for cookout season. Great for crowds. The sauce keeps picnic grub hot, juicy and ready-to-eat. I used this amount (with only 12 stick margarine) for 14 hamburgers and warmed them in a 13 x 9 pan. Poured liquid over, covered with foil and steamed on stove until hot. Burgers were moist and tasty. The onions were good on the meat. -- posted by Jezski
