My daughter-in-law and I made this for my grandson's second birthday party. It was a HUGE hit. We used Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix, but you could use refrigerated dough, or make your own. You can also put just about any fruit topping on it as well. We bought mandarin oranges and pineapple tidbits, but really liked the way it looked without them, so we left them off. Italian Marinated Tofu - May 28, 2008

A simple marinated tofu recipe, great for a make-before simple lunch or even breakfast if you marinate the tofu before (I've only made this once, but I imagine if you marinate overnight it'll be a much stronger flavor). This comes from Isa Moskowitz' Vegan With A Vengeance book, slightly modified. Prep time is for the marinade, cook time for the actual cooking. -- posted by River B

Vegetarian Ricepaper Rolls - May 28, 2008

This is a vegetarian version of ricepaper rolls. Serve with you rfavourite asian sweet chilli or other sauce. Makes approx 30 rolls You can add cooked chicken or prawnsshrimp if you wish. Red Lobster Pina Colada Shrimp - May 27, 2008

Those Red Lobster commercials get me every time. Just cant resist those visuals of endless shrimp, crab legs and lobster tails! Now I have said it before, that Im not a huge seafood fan, but I do love shrimp.
