Trying to eat healthy can get pretty bland, but this turkey burger surprised me! It was very easy to make and I had all the ingredients on hand. It's perfect for the cook who doesn't want to put in much effort, but wants to please the crowd that's eating! You can also kick up the spice to whatever level you can handle. -- posted by Boomer8http://www.recipezaar.com/301422 Mandarin Turkey Stir-Fry- April 29, 2008 MEAL IDEA: Serve with cooked carrots and boil-in-the-bag rice. My 90 year-old Croatian grandmother still makes this every Wednesday night for the family... absolutely and perfectly delicious, with just the right blend of savory and slightly sweet. Serve with green salad and homemade French or Italian bread. It's a fairly simple (although, I won't claim that it only takes 30 minutes...nothing ever does, does it) meal that is pretty healthy with the lean protein, the whole grain, and all the veggies. Although as with any Asian inspired meal, the soy sauce does account for a lot of sodium. -- posted by ms_boldhttp://www.recipezaar.com/301029 Dijon Lennon - Abs Diet- April 26, 2008 This recipe comes from the ABS Diet. -- posted by Go Gatorshttp://www.recipezaar.com/300766 Turkey Tacos With Cucumber, Spinach Salsa- April 24, 2008 Having to limit many foods from my diet, I have done a lot of experimenting and came up with some pretty decent combinations that are not only delicious, but healthy.
