This is a favorite in my household. We buy ground turkey instead of beef for a healthier lifestyle, unfortunately we always seem to over eat with this recipe. Serve this "meat"loaf with any of your favorite Thanksgiving side dishes, we usually do mashed potatoes and corn. -- posted by CassieW22http://www.recipezaar.com/304024 Mar-A-Lago Burger- May 17, 2008 Recipe courtesy of Jeff O'Neail from the show Oprah's Top Picks for Summer. This is served at Donald Trump's private club in Palm Beach as well as the Trump Bar and Grille in Trump Tower in New York City and The Trump International Hotel restaurant. This healthy turkey burger is moist from apples and Major Grey's chutney which is added to the burger. Cook time includes time to refrigerate. Serve with recipe 303964. -- posted by cookiedoghttp://www.recipezaar.com/303963 Mar-A-Lago Turkey Burger- May 16, 2008 I got this from Oprah.com it looks VERY tasty! They're so inexpensive---I've got to try them soon. This recipe in Alton Brown's "Feasting On Asphalt - The River Run," was inspired by a dish at Melanie's Soul Food in north Memphis. -- posted by mailbellehttp://www.recipezaar.com/303511 Turkey Ham Quiche - Hash Brown Crust- May 12, 2008 From Cooks.com Prep time does not include thawing of hashbrowns. I add more green pepper and onion to the hashbrowns. I also add some salt and garlic to them when I folld in the egg. My quiche did take a little longer to set then stated cooking time. -- posted by Luvs 2 Cookhttp://www.recipezaar.com/303054 Turkey Chef Salad- May 9, 2008 This is a recipe I received from my Healthy Foods daily email subscription. It's not your typical Chef Salad but it has so many great ingredients you don't even miss the fat. Other than the Dressing I didn't stay true to the measurements, I just used what I thought was appropriate for my tastes and it came out great. I don't think you can really go wrong. The fresh basil gives it great flavor. -- posted by Austin Girlhttp://www.recipezaar.com/302966 Grilled Teriyaki-Orange Turkey Breast- May 8, 2008 I adapted this recipe from Chatelaine magazine. You could also use chicken breasts instead of turkey. I am looking forward to try this summer. -- posted by Chef 573036http://www.recipezaar.com/302712 Thai Turkey Burger-Weight Watchers 5 Points- May 7, 2008 Love these moist burgers that don't even need a bun! (although my kids still eat them as a "traditional" burgers with ketchup on a bun) Weight Watcher's only 5 points (without a bun) and they don't taste like traditional "diet" burgers! -- posted by Chef Joyoushttp://www.recipezaar.com/302703 Turkey Burgers Filled With Brie and Grilled Granny Smith Apples- May 6, 2008 I got this recipe from Bobby Flay's Boy Meets Grill. It is simple, outstanding, and a real pleaser. I make this for people when they visit my home for the first time and it is often requested each time they return. I usually have variation suggestions for the recipes I post but this one I like just the way it is. -- posted by Londonsbkhttp://www.recipezaar.com/302357 |
