Re: Trasportation from Cuzco to La Paz- February 1, 2008 Josh Hi Daniel, I have done the Cuzco-La paz route about 6 times (about a 100 hours of my life). There are several buses from Cuzco to La Paz. They are all night buses and they all go through Puno. La Paz-Cuzco, they are day buses. Some you need to switch buses at Puno, some you don't. Puno is interesting and there are several floating islands that you can visit.
