I usually change things up when I cook and this time I added some kale and it turned out wonderfully! I was originally going to just grab a rotisserie chicken but they didn't have any so I improvised & I think it came out better for it. Do try this version of an old classic for some seriously healthy.http://www.recipezaar.com/301214 Chicken & Veggie Pasta Primavera- April 29, 2008 This is an adaptation of a recipe found on a Campbell's soup label. I strongly recommend making just enough to satisfy the family in one meal. While leftovers still taste fine they lose texture. This does NOT freeze well. -- posted by -JLhttp://www.recipezaar.com/301186 Shrimp and Angel Hair Pasta- April 28, 2008 Easy, healthy, and FAST. I just made a batch for my Mom who is under the weather, she really liked it - I omitted the onion for her as she can't tolerate it & she actually had a whole bowl when the day before all she could eat was a half a pear & a cup of tea... I love this stuff & usually eat it for a week after I make a batch. It's that good... Be sure to get the bone-in short ribs as the bones add to the flavor. -- posted by Babychopshttp://www.recipezaar.com/300101 Sausage & Potato Breakfast Casserole- April 22, 2008 Found this recipe in an old family cookbook.
