String Bean Stirfry - June 11, 2008

A lovely and different presentation for those green beans that ought to be rolling in from our gardens shortly. I especially love freshly picked Romano beans in this dish. From Taste of Thai - thank you, thank you, thank you! -- posted by Buster's friend

Golden Green Bean Crunch - June 8, 2008

I found this recipe in "EAT" magazine published by Better Homes and Gardens. I am always looking for a different way to make green bean casserole apart from the normal one found on Campbell's soup cans that everyone serves at Thanksgiving. This one is good and you can add extras that are tailored to your family's tastes. I added some low sodium soy sauce to the soup before adding it to the casserole. -- posted by Chef 842751

Green Beans Parmesan - June 7, 2008

These are easy and made in one skillet - topped with "fresh" toasted bread crumbs. To make fresh bread crumbs - process 2 slices of hearty white sandwich bread in a food processor. Delicious! -- posted by Golden Sunflower

Tater Tot Casserole - June 4, 2008

I got this recipe at a church potluck from the lady who brought it. She left out the cheese on top but my family loves cheese and we put it on there! It is so easy to make and tastes great. The kids eat it, even though there are green beans in it! Who could ask for more than that! -- posted by Chef 842751
