Chicken Kelaguin - May 25, 2008

This recipe is from Holiday Cookbook, a Home Economics book, an old book-printed in 1970. It was submitted by a nun who did missionary work on a Pacific Island. The timing does not include the 3 hours for marinating. The original recipe calls for Spanish peppers, so you may adapt to what your family prefers. Easy, now enjoy the tropical breeze! -- posted by WiGal

I used vanilla tea with mine so mine was more like a chocolate vanilla chai, I suppose you could experiment with things like caramel or even toffee tea too. Recipe is from SFI. -- posted by Mandy from Oz

Sesame Cabbage Salad - May 19, 2008

I'm not sure where she got this from, but I was given this Hawaiian recipe to make for a luau today. It came out fantastic! This recipe make A LOT of salad, so I recommend cutting it by at least a half unless you're planning on feeding a lot of people. According to the recipe, it's best served the same day.
