Easy and tasty and can be made up 8 hours in advance. I double this recipe for my family. If doubling and you don't like spicy, stick with 1 chili. Also if doubling use 2 baking dishes. Burritos shouldn't touch each other while baking, it tends to make it mushy vs crispy. -- posted by L. I've seen a couple of similar recipes that leave out the water, but it's still fairly thick, even with 2 cups of water. Don't rinse your beans that is part of the flavor.
